Every October, KW Southwest brings Halloween to our parking lot. Bring your family and friends, go trunk to trunk collecting candy, and enjoy a safe, fun night out with the neighborhood.
Trunk or Treat is the largest event we host all year. Every fall, KW Southwest agents, partners, and vendors fill our parking lot with decorated trunks and hand out candy to more than a thousand neighbors from across Fort Bend.

- Costumes welcome. Kids, parents, and plenty of agents show up in full costume. Bring your best look and your candy bucket.
- Games, food, and drinks. It’s more than candy. Expect games for the kids, food, drinks, and themed trunks that get more creative every year.
- Free and family-friendly. Trunk or Treat is our gift to Fort Bend. There is no ticket, no fee, and nothing to sign up for. Just come by.
An Annual KW Southwest Tradition
Trunk or Treat keeps growing. More than 1,000 neighbors joined us in 2022, and more than 1,500 came out in both 2023 and 2024. Here is how the night looked in 2025.
Agents and Partners: Host a Trunk
Hosting a trunk is the easiest way to connect with families in your market in a fun, festive setting. This is your event.
- Meet 1,500 neighbors in two hours. Trunk or Treat is the largest event KW Southwest hosts all year. A trunk puts you face to face with more local families in one night than a month of open houses.
- Show your personality. Pick a theme, decorate your trunk, and stand out. The most creative trunks are the ones families remember and talk about.
- Marketing is handled. Participating agents get personalized flyers and social graphics at no cost, so your database knows you’ll be there.
