As the "reality science fiction movie" that we are living each day continues, day to day activities are slowly coming back to "normal". . . whatever that is anymore.  Keeping in line with the governor's official announcement for Texans getting back to work, we are ready to implement Phase II of the Market Center reopening. Effective, tomorrow, Wednesday, May 20, 2020 1. Market Center entrance doors will be unlocked 2. Cubicle renters may return to the office  3. Conference rooms will be available with the following guidelines:

  • must have a reservation

  • large conference room - max of 4 people

  • both small conference rooms - max of 2 people

4. Lobby open with maximum of 4 guests - practicing social distancing

5. Both associates and guests wear masks when in common areas

6. No loitering (socializing) in common areas

7. Continue to social distance when in kitchen or workrooms

8. Bull Pin will be open with limited availability

9. If you are able to continue to work from home we recommend that you do so. However, if you need to come into the market center please do so

10. Open Houses may resume with caution :

  • masks, gloves for you and guests

  • ask health questions to guests

  • limit number of guests at a time

  • limit touching surfaces (have all lights on, doors ajar, etc)

  • provide hand sanitizer or requests guest to wash hands right away

  • wipe down house with disinfectant before and after open house

  • be mindful of homeowners' risk factors before scheduling open house

We are anticipating Phase III implementation within the first couple of weeks of June. In Phase III we will begin to have small group classes.  For now, we will continue with team meetings via Zoom. I know most of you are anxious to get back to business as usual, just as Chad and I are. We miss the energy, camaraderie and friendly competitive banter that makes our office a great place to work. We will get there! But for now, let's continue to be respectful of everyone and continue to distance ourselves and wear a mask. Please know that Chad and I love and care for each of you personally and professionally. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! Yours in moving forward and onward! Thank you to everyone that came out to fill up a truck with food to support families in Fort Bend County. We also collected over $1,300 in cash donations. Food and cash were donated to East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry.
